Kerala Liquid Jaggery

Slow-cooked cane or palm syrup with a deep caramel sweetness, known in Kerala kitchens as liquid jaggery.

It sweetens payasam, halwa, and traditional snacks without the flat taste of refined sugar.

Pour it as a glaze, or stir it into warm milk and desserts.
